This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the digital products (WordPress plugins, themes, and related add-ons) you purchase from the POSIMYTH Store at store.posimyth.com, operated by POSIMYTH Innovations ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase you agree to this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

## 1. Our 30-day, no-questions-asked promise
We stand behind our products. If you're not 100% happy, you can request a refund within 30 days of your payment — and you don't have to justify it. This applies to your original purchase, renewals, and license upgrades.
To make it effortless, just raise a ticket on our Help Desk with this message:
"I don't want to use this product. Please process my refund without asking any questions, as stated in your Refund Policy."
That's it you're fully covered. Feedback is always welcome because it helps us improve, but sharing it is entirely optional.
## Your statutory rights (EU/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase for digital products, unless you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose that right once delivery begins. Our 30-day guarantee above is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have.
## 2. Eligibility : what the 30-day guarantee covers
You're eligible for a full refund when both of the following are true:
The request is made within 30 calendar days of the payment date for that purchase, renewal, or upgrade; and
It is submitted through our Help Desk.
## 3. How to request a refund
(Recommended) First, try a live chat on store.posimyth.com or email support@posimyth.com most issues are fixed without a refund.
Open a ticket at our Help Desk.
Include your Order ID / receipt and the email used at checkout.
(Optional) Tell us what went wrong, we read every message.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
## 4. What is not eligible
Requests made after 30 days from the payment date for that purchase, renewal, or upgrade.
Purchases showing policy abuse or fraud e.g., requesting a refund while continuing to use the product, repeated refund-and-rebuy behaviour, or redistributing our software in breach of its license.
Bundles are refunded as a whole, not as individual items.
## 5. Subscriptions, auto-renewal & cancellation
Licenses are sold as a yearly subscription unless stated otherwise, and stay valid for 1 year from each payment.
To prevent interruption, subscriptions renew automatically each year using your saved payment method, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel anytime at store.posimyth.com → My Account → Subscriptions, or by raising a cancellation ticket on our Help Desk.
Cancelling stops future renewals; your license, updates, and support remain active until the end of the current paid period.
If a renewal charges you and you don't want to continue, you can request a refund within 30 days of that renewal payment (Section 1).
## 6. Lifetime licenses
Lifetime licenses are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. After 30 days they are non-refundable. Lifetime licenses do not auto-renew.
## 7. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
Processing typically takes 5–10 days, depending on your payment gateway and bank.
On refund, the associated license key is deactivated and access to updates and support for that product ends. You must stop using and remove the product from your site(s).
## 8. Currency, exchange rates & payment fees
Refunds are calculated on the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed, which may differ slightly from the payment-time rate. Minor variation due to exchange-rate movement is not separately reimbursed.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or service fees. These third-party charges are outside our control and are not refunded by us.
## 9. Chargebacks & disputes
Please start a live chat on store.posimyth.com or email support@posimyth.com before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider — almost every issue is resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may affect your account and result in deactivation of your licenses, and we reserve the right to contest chargebacks that breach this Policy.

How we handle your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
## 11. Changes & right to refuse
We may refuse service or a refund where this Policy or our Terms & Conditions have been breached. We may update this Policy from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

This Data Processing Addendum summarises how POSIMYTH Innovations ("we", "us", "our"), based in India and operating store.posimyth.com, processes personal data on behalf of business customers. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and reflects the EU/UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025. A signed copy is available on request at support@posimyth.com.
## 1. Roles
For personal data you provide as a customer, you are the controller / Data Fiduciary and we act as processor / Data Processor. For data we collect for our own purposes we are the controller. This DPA applies where we act as processor.
## 2. Subject matter, duration, nature and purpose
We process personal data to provide and support the WordPress products, licences and services you purchase, for the duration of your relationship with us and as required by law.
## 3. Types of data and data subjects
Typically contact and account details, order and licence data, and support communications, relating to you and your authorised users and customers.
## 4. Our obligations
We process personal data only on your documented instructions; keep authorised staff under confidentiality; apply appropriate technical and organisational security; assist you with data-subject / Data-Principal requests and with security, breach and impact-assessment duties; and make available information needed to demonstrate compliance.
## 5. Sub-processors
You authorise the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy (including Stripe, PayPal, Zoho TransMail (ZeptoMail), Elastic Email, Cloudflare, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Google (Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Ads, Fonts and Sign-in), Meta (Facebook) Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Gist and WiserNotify). We impose data-protection terms on each and remain responsible for them.
## 6. International transfers
Personal data may be processed in India and other countries via our sub-processors under appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where required.
## 7. Breach notification
We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data.
## 8. Return or deletion
On termination we will delete or return personal data processed on your behalf, except where retention is required by law.

### Affiliate Program Agreement
This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as to protect POSIMYTH Products and our customers.
### Affiliate Registration
We review and moderate all affiliate registrations, and we appreciate your accurate and honest information. Please note that the review process may take few hours to a few days – we know you are eager to join our team of affiliates, and we appreciate your patience!
If you’re approved, awesome! You’ll be given a unique referral ID that you can use to promote POSIMYTH Products via referral links. Check out your private Affiliate Area for visits and referrals information, creatives, graphs and more!
### Commissions and payouts
You’ll earn from 20 % to 50% commission, based on the number of purchases referred using your affiliate link.
We payout affiliate commissions in USD via PayPal as per the request by the affiliate partner. As we have a 30-day money back guarantee, we only pay commissions that are older than 30 days. The minimum payout balance is $200.00, so you receive a decent chunk of cash when payouts come around. And there’s no maximum payout balance, so go nuts!
We do not allow referrals to be generated on your own purchases. We do not offer recurring referrals.
### Here are the details of our program in summary:
You’ll receive 20% to 50% commission based on the total no. of monthly sales you refer
Minimum payout balance of $200.00, and no caps for maximum payout (we pay in USD)
Commissions older than 30 days will be paid as requested by the affiliate
Referrals are paid out via PayPal. *We are not responsible for any extra charges by Paypal for Currency Conversion or Transaction Charges.
Referrals cannot be generated on your own purchases (this includes using a different email address).
### Referral cookie lifetime
When a potential customer clicks on your referral link, a cookie is stored in their browser to track your referral. The cookie is then stored for a generous 30 days to give your referred customers time to decide if they wish to purchase POSIMYTH Products or ask us any pre-sale questions they may have.
A referral won’t be awarded if:
The customer uses a different browser to purchase than the one they originally used to visit our site (because the cookie does not exist in that browser)
The customer purchases after 30 days (because the cookie will expire).
The Customer would have clicked on another referral URL. Our Program overwrites previous referral cookie once they click on new one. It have own advantages and disadvantages. We have setup this condition, Due to many requests by our affiliate partners.
### Refunded purchases
Referrals older than 30 days and in good standing (i.e. the purchase has not been refunded) will be included with each commission payout (if the commission balance totals $200.00 or over). If a purchase is refunded, a commission won’t be paid out for that referral.
We reserve the right to reject affiliate commissions for any reason. Commission rejections may occur for the following reasons:
The sale that the referral was based on was refunded.
The method by which the referral was generated was in violation of our promotional policies (see below) or violated the spirit of the Affiliate Agreement.
### Affiliate news and updates
By becoming an affiliate you agree to receive emails from POSIMYTH Team. These emails will be sent to affiliates only, on an ad-hoc basis, and may include important information regarding the POSIMYTH affiliate program. These emails will also provide you with relevant news and updates to help you effectively promote POSIMYTH Products. As an affiliate, you may be privy to embargoed or time-sensitive information in these emails (this information may only be promoted after an embargo is lifted). And we won’t spam you, ever – promise!
### Affiliate application rejection
We reserve the right to reject affiliate applications for any reason. We also reserve the right to choose whether we provide an explanation or reasoning for affiliate application rejection. Below are just a few reasons why an application may be rejected (this is not an exhaustive list):
Affiliate applications for websites that sell, advertise or engage in pornography, phishing scams, spamming, illegal business practices or that include any material infringing on National or International Copyright will be rejected.
Affiliate applications for websites that we do not believe are aligned with our industry or business may be rejected.
Affiliate applicants with websites that re-sell any of our products will be rejected.
Websites considered inappropriate by POSIMYTH Team will be rejected.
### Inappropriate websites:
The following types of sites are not permitted to become an affiliate: adult sites, sites that display adult material or banners, sites that promote violence, hatred or bigotry, sites that promote or engage in illegal activity, including (but not limited to), hacking, cracking, nulled, and warez sites. Affiliate applications for inappropriate websites will be rejected, and we reserve the right to choose whether or not to provide a rejection reason.
### Questions regarding your application
When you apply to become an affiliate we may email you at the email address you have supplied with some questions regarding your application. This may be because:
We didn’t understand something in your application, or
We’d like to learn a bit more about how you will promote POSIMYTH Products and need a little more detail.
If we reach out to you and we haven’t heard back within 7 days, your application may be rejected. If your initial application is rejected, you are welcome to reapply to become an affiliate and provide us with more detail for reconsideration.
### Dormant affiliate accounts
We encourage all of our affiliates to actively promote POSIMYTH Products to keep earning referrals. If we can help you come up with ideas on how to promote POSIMYTH Products, please let us know, if you face any issues. An affiliate account is considered dormant if no visits have been generated after a 6-month period. A dormant affiliate account will be temporarily deactivated if no visits have been generated after 6 months. But we don’t even want to go there right now, right?! Let’s work together to help you start earning some cash!

### Allowed and super cool promotional methods
How you promote POSIMYTH Products is reflected in the commission you earn! We encourage the use of promotional methods that add value to POSIMYTH Products and bring us legitimate, loyal customers. We love it when our team of affiliates blog about affiliate marketing and mention POSIMYTH Products.
Here are a few examples of awesome promotional methods to earn more commission:
Tell clients, customers or friends about POSIMYTH Products, and give them your affiliate referral link.
Write a review or a blog post about POSIMYTH Products and relevant links to our site with your referral link.
Reach out to a broad audience with your social network accounts. Tweet about us on Twitter with your affiliate referral link, post about us on Facebook with your affiliate link, or communicate to your Linkedin followers about affiliate marketing with your affiliate link. Spam-free promotion is a great way to get more referrals!
Provide value to others by answering related questions on other sites with helpful responses, and using your referral link in your replies.
### Prohibited and super uncool promotional methods

If your promotional methods step outside of these terms, your referrals may be rejected and we may disable your affiliate account. We reserve the right to do this and may or may not notify you in the instance that this occurs. Please use allowed promotional methods, and help us to help you succeed as an affiliate!
### Inappropriate websites
The following types of sites are not permitted to become an affiliate: adult sites, sites that display adult material or banners, sites that promote violence, hatred or bigotry, sites that promote or engage in illegal activity, including (but not limited to), hacking, cracking, nulled, and warez sites. ### The important stuff
By accepting these terms and conditions you are providing your nonlegal agreement to abide by them. By registering and being approved as an affiliate in our affiliate program you agree that your commissions are subject to approval before they are accepted and subsequently paid.

At POSIMYTH Innovations, we respect your privacy and your rights over your personal data.
This policy describes how you can request deletion of your data, and how POSIMYTH Innovations handles such requests in accordance with GDPR, UK data protection laws, and applicable global privacy regulations.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data that we store.
Upon request, POSIMYTH Innovations will remove personal data from our systems unless we are legally required to retain certain information (e.g., financial records related to past purchases).
### 3) When the Right to Erasure Applies
You can request data deletion when:
Your personal data is no longer required for its original purpose.
You withdraw consent (for example, unsubscribing from marketing emails).
You object to processing and no lawful basis remains.
Your data was processed unlawfully.

We only store the minimal data needed to identify customers and manage product licenses:

Data is hosted on Hetzner servers located in Germany and on DigitalOcean servers, both providing GDPR-compliant infrastructure.
### 5) Free Users
Free plugin users do not provide personal information to POSIMYTH unless they:
Subscribe to our mailing list
Create an account voluntarily on our store
In such cases, only the email address is stored and can be deleted on request.
### 6) Plugin Usage & Analytics
Our plugins may collect anonymous, non-identifiable usage data to improve product performance and stability. This data contains no personal information and cannot be linked back to any individual. Since it is non-identifiable, deletion requests do not apply to this type of data.
### 7) CRM & Marketing Communications
If you have opted in, your data may be stored in our CRM to receive:
Updates
Product news
Educational or onboarding content
You can unsubscribe anytime, and your data can be removed from our CRM upon request without affecting your product access.
### 8) Financial Records & Legal Compliance
POSIMYTH Innovations must retain transaction and invoice records for legal and accounting purposes, even if a user requests data deletion. We may anonymize your invoice data, but cannot delete it where law requires retention.
### 9) Affiliates
Affiliate users may request deletion of their personal data. However, earnings and transactional records must remain stored to comply with taxation and legal record keeping.
### 10) Data Deletion Process
Once verified, we will:
Remove your personal data from user accounts
Remove CRM data if opted-in
Remove license data and disable access to products after deletion
Retain or anonymize only legally required billing data
Deletion is irreversible and cannot be recovered once completed.Timeline: We complete deletion requests within 30 days, often earlier.

Will RankReady conflict with Rank Math, Yoast, or AIOSEO?
No. It's designed to work **alongside** Rank Math, Yoast, AIOSEO, SEOPress, The SEO Framework and Slim SEO. Before injecting schema it checks whether another schema plugin is active, then skips its own output or merges into the existing graph via documented filters. Verifiable in Google's Rich Results Test — no duplicate Article, Person or FAQPage nodes.
How does RankReady actually work?
Three layers: (1) **discovery files** — /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, /.well-known/mcp.json and per-post Markdown — that crawlers read to find your content; (2) **AI-specific schema** (FAQPage, Speakable, Article, HowTo, ItemList) that Overviews preferentially cite; (3) **controls + analytics** over which bots see you and which already do.
Do I need an AI provider API key?
Only for AI Summaries and the FAQ Generator. llms.txt, Markdown endpoints, crawler controls, Article schema, Author Box, AI referral tracking, the freshness scanner and the WebMCP manifest all work with no key at all. You can get cited without ever pasting a key in.
Are there usage limits or monthly caps?
**No caps.** Manual AI Summary and FAQ generation are unlimited. You pay only your own LLM usage — typically $0.001 to $0.01 per generation. Every other feature is completely free with no limits.
Will this slow down my site?
No. All AI generation runs in the WordPress admin, never on page load. Schema and discovery headers add a few hundred bytes; /llms.txt and robots.txt are cached via a 10-minute transient with stale-while-revalidate. Page Speed Insights and Core Web Vitals: unaffected.
What data goes back to POSIMYTH?
**None.** Zero telemetry. Your content, keys, crawler logs and author profiles all stay in your own wp_options and wp_postmeta tables. The only outbound calls are to the LLM providers you connected yourself, plus DataForSEO if you use the FAQ question-finder.
What is WebMCP and the .well-known/mcp.json manifest?
Model Context Protocol is Anthropic's open standard for letting AI agents discover and call your site's structured content. RankReady publishes a manifest at /.well-known/mcp.json listing what an agent can do — read posts, list authors, fetch FAQs, query categories. Claude Desktop and Cursor users add your site as an MCP server by pointing at this file.
Will it work with my page builder?
Yes — Gutenberg, Elementor, Bricks, Oxygen, Divi, Breakdance and Beaver Builder. RankReady hooks into template_redirect at priority 1 so builder routes don't block the AI endpoints. Posts and Pages are covered today; custom post types are on the way.

After which we will evaluate and approve your account as soon as possible. Once you get approved, You need to log in to your [affiliate dashboard](https://store.posimyth.com/affiliates/affiliate-area/) to generate your affiliate URLs.
#### What percentage of revenue will I earn on each sale?
****Your share of percentage will range from 20%-50% as a commission are based on the no. of sales you achieve each month.
- Your first 5 sales of a month will be on a 20% commission, - 6-20 sales will be on 30% Commission,
21-50 will be on 40% Commission - and above 50 will be on 50% commission.
**For Example** - If you make 25 sales a month, Your first 5 sales will get 20% commission, the next 15 sales will be 30% and the remaining 5 sales will have 40% commissions.
**Note: **Commission amount will not be flat. That means, If you make 100 sales in a month, all sales will not be with 50% commission. It will be based on the slabs mentioned in the previous example.
