Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the digital products (WordPress plugins, themes, and related add-ons) you purchase from the POSIMYTH Store at store.posimyth.com, operated by POSIMYTH Innovations (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase you agree to this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Our 60-day, no-questions-asked promise
We stand behind our products. If you’re not 100% happy, you can request a refund within 60 days of your payment — and you don’t have to justify it. This applies to your original purchase, renewals, and license upgrades.

To make it effortless, just raise a ticket on our Help Desk with this message:

“I don’t want to use this product. Please process my refund without asking any questions, as stated in your Refund Policy.”

That’s it you’re fully covered. Feedback is always welcome because it helps us improve, but sharing it is entirely optional.

2. Eligibility : what the 60-day guarantee covers
You’re eligible for a full refund when both of the following are true:
The request is made within 60 calendar days of the payment date for that purchase, renewal, or upgrade; and
It is submitted through our Help Desk.

3. How to request a refund
(Recommended) First, try a live chat on store.posimyth.com or email [email protected] most issues are fixed without a refund.

Open a ticket at our Help Desk.
Include your Order ID / receipt and the email used at checkout.

(Optional) Tell us what went wrong, we read every message.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

4. What is not eligible
Requests made after 60 days from the payment date for that purchase, renewal, or upgrade.
Purchases showing policy abuse or fraud e.g., requesting a refund while continuing to use the product, repeated refund-and-rebuy behaviour, or redistributing our software in breach of its license.
Bundles are refunded as a whole, not as individual items.

5. Subscriptions, auto-renewal & cancellation
Licenses are sold as a yearly subscription unless stated otherwise, and stay valid for 1 year from each payment.
To prevent interruption, subscriptions renew automatically each year using your saved payment method, unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel anytime at store.posimyth.com → My Account → Subscriptions, or by raising a cancellation ticket on our Help Desk.
Cancelling stops future renewals; your license, updates, and support remain active until the end of the current paid period.
If a renewal charges you and you don’t want to continue, you can request a refund within 60 days of that renewal payment (Section 1).

6. Lifetime licenses
Lifetime licenses are covered by the same 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. After 60 days they are non-refundable. Lifetime licenses do not auto-renew.

7. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
Processing typically takes 5–10 days, depending on your payment gateway and bank.
On refund, the associated license key is deactivated and access to updates and support for that product ends. You must stop using and remove the product from your site(s).

8. Currency, exchange rates & payment fees
Refunds are calculated on the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed, which may differ slightly from the payment-time rate. Minor variation due to exchange-rate movement is not separately reimbursed.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or service fees. These third-party charges are outside our control and are not refunded by us.

9. Chargebacks & disputes
Please start a live chat on store.posimyth.com or email [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider — almost every issue is resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may affect your account and result in deactivation of your licenses, and we reserve the right to contest chargebacks that breach this Policy.

10. Your data & privacy
How we handle your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes & right to refuse
We may refuse service or a refund where this Policy or our Terms & Conditions have been breached. We may update this Policy from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
