# DMCA / Copyright Complaint Policy

POSIMYTH Innovations ("we", "us", "our"), operator of store.posimyth.com, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, in line with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and its Intermediary rules.

## 1. How to file a copyright complaint

If you believe material on or through our website infringes your copyright, email our copyright agent at support@posimyth.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint".

## 2. What your notice must include

Your full name, address, email and phone (if any); identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL or location of the material you claim is infringing; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.

## 3. What happens next

On a valid notice we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user. Incomplete notices may delay our response.

## 4. Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, email a counter-notice to support@posimyth.com with your contact details, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief of mistake or misidentification, your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, and your signature.

## 5. Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
